Radiance

Radiance

When I set out to capture this new photo project, I was looking for something that was bright, sparkling and beautiful. I had found this crystal clear gazing sphere with prism like facets that captured my attention. On its own, this crystal gazing ball looks impressive in natural sun light, and if placed near a window, it can create a scattered rainbow effect through-out the room. When I took the gazing ball into a “studio” environment to add my lighting effects, the first this I started to notice was a focusing point. With the faceted sphere and its transparency along with its “somewhat” symmetrical shape, made the background or facets them-self become blurred. I over came this issue by changing the angle and perspective of the sphere, causing the light to bend a little more, so as I could focus in on the surface of the facets reducing the blur side-effects. I chose different angles and colors, trying to find the perfect image. 🖼️🔗 Radiance Photo Project.

I always approach my creative art protects with heart, from perspective of complementary forces that interact to form a parallel of deep emotion. I find ways to tell a story with my art and images, it is a focusing point for my thoughts. The story of an artist from the perspective as a person, is a touching experience when you see, hear or read something that is a mirror for your soul. In the ever evolving world of art and creativity, keeping focus on the vision that grows within, is important to me. 💟📜✍️
