Medium Hue and Blog

Medium Hue

🗣️ Speaking on art, there are paint techniques I’ve tried to recreate, in what I refer to as ‘emulated painting’. I call it that, because I study how an oil painter creates depth with colors, blends and shading. Using a raster graphics editor with various brush add-ons, templates and a mouse has its limitations. Though, after close to a two year odyssey, I’ve learnt a few things along the way thanks to support from creative artist and community. I’ve tried to create an image like this before, but could not find a way to emulate sharp vertical abstract brush strokes at the time. It ended up being more of a soft flowing image that I called ‘Cappuccino’. ‘Medium Hue’ is a vibrant organic abstract that makes me feel cheerful and warm when I immerse myself in thoughts with this image. ❤️😊 The perspective with art of which I converge keeps reshaping, but the passion with art, remains unchanged. 💖
